SPECIAL OFFER FOR THE THRIVEANDBLOOM COMMUNITY: use code INNERSANCTUM to get 20% off rebel movement club membership or 1:1 support → https://www.movewithbillie.com Hi! I’m Billie. I am a queer yoga/movement teacher, trauma/abuse/ED survivor who is disrupting the norm and going against the grain. I am throwing diet-culture, spiritual-bypassing and other excluding narratives into the trash, because you deserve better. You deserve a movement class that helps you learn to check in with you feel instead of how you look; a class that frees you from expectations and empowers you to take what you need and leave what you don't. If that sounds scary, whether it's in group classes, one-on-one, or my workshops. I lead with an open heart, and will walk through all the scary shit with you. I use what I've been through, along with my 600+ hours of training to hold a safe, inclusive space for this rebellious movement. Declare freedom from diet-culturey, feeling-shaming horseshit, and move your bodies for your emotional health, to increase mobility and strength, and to feel good in your body for longer. You deserve that freedom.

hey, maple muffin. i really do of course i can’t get enough of a flower in the peak of its fragrant, vibrant prime that’s easy to love, right? and there’s plenty of love for properly dried flowers out there… but wow, do i love a dead + dying bloom, too i keep cut flowers in vases longer than most, and i love to check in on their quiet little death march each day — gathering crunchy fallen petals, noticing the way time drains some of color but intensifies that of others poking a bit to see...
hey, whimsical goldfish. the other day a client was celebrating that, after quite a rough emotional patch, she was finally feeling like herself again which of course made her so happy but she was also visibly + verbally a little uneasy with it, too she called out feeling like she was waiting for the other shoe to drop, like she didn’t quite trust the great change maybe she was even a little afraid to trust it in the following days, two other clients, in other separate sessions, used those...
hey, blood orange punch. last week in the sanctum we had an impromptu deep dive into faith, trust, and the difference between the two normally these convos happen within the context of our community card pull, but this time it unfurled during our intro connection time — where we share our thrills + thwacks for the day or week a sanctum member shared a win that she was having a hard time trusting a couple weeks previously, our community card was “faith in the process” from the sacred rebels...
